Santina: A self-pollinating variety from the Summerland experimental station in Canada. It was chosen because of the great quality of its fruit in calibre, color, sugar/acidity ratio, very good condition and firmness that permits long-distance travel such as Asia without losing quality; furthermore it is a variety that in the Melipilla zone is harvested in November. It is considered to have medium flowering and early maturation.

In September of 2022 we will plant 25 net hectares of oranges, for which we will use only Caracara variety, grafted onto C-35 rootstock.
Caracara: A variety of navel oranges characterized by reddish pulp and extra-sweet flavor, of great interest to the Asian market. The characteristic of red pulp makes them completely recognizable by consumers, which is a large advantage in the orange market where consumers normally do not manage to differentiate varieties with clarity, which creates insecurity when selecting.
